Depending on your results, your resources may help you navigate areas like childcare, manager conversations, confidence, mental load, workload, career planning, and your transition back to work.

Questions You Might Be Asking
1. Who can sign up? Anyone preparing for, currently on, or recently returning from maternity leave, paternity leave, or parental leave is welcome to apply. We’re looking for parents at different stages of the return-to-work journey.
2. What will I receive if I'm selected? You’ll receive complimentary access to The Work Collective’s Personalized Return-to-Work Plan. After completing our short assessment, you’ll receive personalized recommendations based on your needs, plus complimentary access to the toolkit recommended for you and the expert videos included with your plan.
3. What do I need to do in exchange? We ask selected participants to actually use their personalized resources and provide honest feedback within 3 months and share their experience. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working, what could be improved, and how we can better support parents returning to work.
4. Do I have to provide a positive testimonial? No. We want your honest experience—positive, negative, or somewhere in between. Providing feedback does not mean you are required to give us a positive testimonial. If we would like to use something you share publicly as a testimonial, we’ll ask for your permission.
5. How will the 10 participants be selected? Participants will be selected from the applications we receive. We’re looking for a group of parents representing different stages, needs, and experiences so we can learn how well our resources support different return-to-work journeys.
6. When will I find out if I’ve been selected? Applications are open September 1–14, 2026. Selected participants will be notified by email after applications close. Selected participants will be notified by September 25.
7. What if I want access to all of The Work Collective’s tools? Selected participants will receive the toolkit recommended through their Personalized Return-to-Work Plan. If you’d like to explore more, you’ll also have the option to receive our Re-Entry Full Toolkit with all 11 tools at no cost in exchange for testing the broader collection and providing additional feedback.
